电机成型线圈热压成型工艺力学试验系统设计

摘    要:基于CSS-44500电子万能试验机,设计了适于测定中型电机成型线圈热压成型工艺力学参数的试验系统;该系统可测热应力、应变和受力;试验结果表明该系统结构简单,操作方便,运行可靠,可为热压成型机的设计提供优化参数.

Abstract:The mechanical experiment system is designed for the hot - pressing techniques of the coil formation of the middle - sized motors on the CSS - 44500 electronic almighty experimental aircraft, which can be applied for measuring the heat - induced stresses, strains, and pressure of the coil. Investigation results show that this system is simple in structure, easy in operation and reliable in function, providing the hot- pressing machine design with optimum parameters.
