| 摘 要： | 在高校基本建设过程中,投资控制是基建管理工作的重要组成部分.投资控制管理贯穿于项目建设的整个过程,因此,加强高校基本建设中的投资控制对提高项目的投资效益具有重要意义.严格实施项目建设在各个环节的投资控制,并积极进行主动控制,才能有效提高项目的投资效益.
