| 摘 要： | 技术风险问题是我国当代技术发展中亟待解决的重大现实问题。STS视角的技术风险研究着眼于当代我国技术发展的特点、传统技术观念的影响、技术伦理作用的缺失以及技术管理上的不足之处,在此基础上提出相应的预防对策。

| Abstract: | Technological risk is an important and real issue which needs to be dealt with urgently in China.Studies on technological risk from the perspective of STS focus on the characters of technological development,the impacts of traditional technological ideas,the functional absences of ethics of technology,and shortages of technological management.Based on analyses above,regarded precautionary countermeasures are also suggested. |
