双金属复合轧制变形及厚比计算理论模型研究

摘    要:双金属复合材料的厚比是其重要的技术指标之一。通过轧卡实验,在分析双金属复合轧制变形规律的基础上,推导出了双金属复合材料厚比计算的理论模型。用实测结果检验,其误差小于5%。

Abstract:The layer thickness ratio on the composite material of the double metals is one of its important technique targets.By the experiment of rolling stop,on the basis of analying the law of the composite rolling deformation of the double metals,the article derives the theoretical formulation of calculation of layer thickness ratio on the composite material of the double metals,and the error is less than 5% according to the check by the results of actual test.
