采场人-机-环境系统可靠性模糊综合评价

摘    要:将矿山采场看成一个由人、机和环境组成的逻辑串联系统,从人、机和环境3个因素出发,运用模糊数学方法对矿山采场的可靠性进行研究。分析采场人-机-环境系统可靠性的特征,建立系统模糊状态的隶属函数;推导人/机/环境子系统可靠性模糊综合评价公式及采场系统整体可靠性模糊二级评价公式。根据矿山采场各影响因素具有明显的模糊性的特点,建立适用于矿山采场可靠性评价的模糊评价模式。以贵州开磷集团马路坪矿为例,对其可靠性进行分析和评价,探索该矿采场系统的可靠性规律,找出系统可靠性的薄弱环节,并提出提高系统可靠性的主要方法和措施。所建立的采场可靠性模糊综合评价模式,不仅适用于非煤矿山采场,而且适用于各种类型的矿山采场。

Abstract:Proceeding from three factors that are man, machine and environment, the reliability of stope was researched with the method of fuzzy mathematics, while considering stope as a logical series system composed of man, machine and environment. On the basis of analyzing system characteristics comprehensively, the membership functions of system ambiguity status were set up. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation formulas for evaluating subsystem reliability of man, machine or environment individually were derived. Besides, the formulas for evaluating the reliability of the whole stope system were also derived by using the method of two-class-fuzzy evaluation. According to the characteristic that all sorts of influencing factors in mines possess obvious ambiguity and vagueness, the fuzzy evaluation mode that fits stope reliability evaluation was built. For example, the stope reliability of Maluping Mine of Kailin Group in Guizhou was analyzed and assessed, the reliability laws of the stope system were recognized to some degree, therefore, the weak points of the system were found. Finally, the main methods and measures were brought forward to improve the overall reliability of the system. The mode for evaluating stope reliability built here can not only he used for the stopes of non-coal mines, hut also for all sorts of mines.
