| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声在诊断胸腔积液中的临床价值.方法：回顾性分析胸腔积液病人84例,并均在超声定位下穿刺诊断和治疗.结果：超声诊断胸腔积液诊断率100%.结论：超声诊断胸腔积液及定位穿刺为最佳方法.

| Abstract: | The paper mainly discusses the clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of hydrothorax. 100 % of ultrasonic confirmed diagnostic rate was showed through the analysis of 84 cases of hydrothorax, all of which were diagnosed and treated with ultrasonic localization and puncture. It is concluded that ultrasonic diagnosis, localization and puncture are the most effective ways in the diagnosis of hydrothorax. |
