Plastic Shell-Expanding Grouting Bolt and It's Reinforcing Mechanism

The plastic shell expanding grouting bolt is designed for small anchor hold,roof leaking and wall slicing and so on of bolt timbering appearing in soft wall laneway. We have utilized the mechanics analyses of bolt and wall rock and ANSYS software to put up numerical value simulation and compare with other grouting bolts. It concludes that the anchor hold of the plastic shell expanding grouting bolt is compounded by end anchoring bolt's and all long grouting bolt's. So the one takes on anchoring muscularity,installing convenience,being air proofed trustfully and economical cost. The one mainly applies soft wall,preventing leaking wind and avoiding fire,blocking water and so on.
