我国马来松香的研制及其用作造纸施胶剂的进展

<正>我国对马来松香的研制及其用作造纸施胶剂进行了十多年的研究。本文叙述了我国制备马来松香的特点,它的物理化学性质以及施胶技术。经20多家造纸厂试用证明,不同纸种的松香用量比天然松香降低20～50％或更多。近年来各种松香系施胶剂如马来酸松香施胶剂、膏状施胶剂,分散施胶剂等的研制均取得显著效果和进展。同时,对有关基础理论也作了初步探讨。

ADVANCES IN THE PREPARATION OF MALEATED ROSINS AND THEIR APPLICATION AS PAPER SIZE IN CHINA

The study of preparation of maleated rosins and their application as paper size was started in China in 1974. Distinguishing features in the preparation of maleated rosins in China, their physical and chemical properties as well as the sizing technique are described in this paper. Experience of more than 20 paper mills shows that the consumption of maleated rosins in the manufacturing of different types of paper was 20~50% less than the consumption of the natural rosin. Remarkable results and progress have been made in recent years in the studies of a series of maleic type rosins, such as maleated rosin made from ma-leic acid instead of maleic anhydride, paste maleated rosin size, powder maleated rosin size and dispersed rosin size. Fundamental theories concerned have also been preliminarily explored.
