假体置换前后股骨粘弹性的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究成人股骨假体置换前后股骨粘弹性的变化,以及与假体材质、形状和固定方式的关系.方法相同条件下测试正常成人股骨假体置换前后压缩和悬臂弯曲状态下应力松弛、蠕变.结果得出各种状态下应力松弛曲线、蠕变曲线.结论假体置换术后应力松弛下降的速度较术前快,应变上升的速度较术前慢,骨水泥固定组改变不明显,与假体形状和材质无明确关系.

Abstract:Objective Study on the viscoelasticity change of femur before and after prosthesis arthroplacty and the relation with different material and shapes by different way fixations.Methods The experiments on the stress relaxation and creep of femur pre and post replacement have been done on the same conditions at different direction.Results The stress relaxation and creep data were recorded.Conclusion The speed of the stress relaxation post operation is faster than pre operation, and the creep is slower. The changes of the groups of the fumur fixed by cement are stable, all of the changes are not related with material and shapes.
