元认知策略:促进听力水平提高的有效策略

摘    要:听力理解是第二语言学习中的一个重要环节。学生听力差的主要原因在于缺乏元认知水平。把元认知理论与实际教学相结合,探讨了如何培养学生听力理解中的元认知能力以及如何运用元认知策略(计划、监控和评估)来提高学生的听力水平。

Abstract:Listening comprehension is an important element of the second language acquisition.The students' poor listening ability is due to the lack of metacognitive strategies.The author combines the metacognitive theories with the teaching practice and explores how to develop students' metacognitive ability in the listening comprehension and how to make use of metacognitive strategies(plan,monitor and evaluate) to improve their listening ability.
