| 5种药用芦荟中芦荟甙含量的测定 | |

| 摘 要： | 对库拉索芦荟、木立芦荟、好望角芦荟、中华芦荟和皂质芦荟5种药用芦荟中芦荟甙的含量进行了定量的测定，发现全叶干粉中芦荟甙含量差异显著，含量高低依次为：库拉索芦荟、木立芦荟、好望角芦荟、中华芦荟、皂质芦荟；而以鲜质量计算芦荟甙含量，发现库拉索芦荟、木立芦荟和好望角芦荟中芦荟甙含量接近，并大大高于中华芦荟和皂质芦荟中芦荟甙的含量。 |

| Abstract: | The content of aloin in 5 aloes was compared,which were Aloe Vera L. Aloe arborescens Mill . Aloe ferox Mill. Aloe vera Linn var chinensis (haw )Berg.and Aloe saponria (Ait ).Haw.TLC-UV graph showed that their chemical ingredients were different,however,all the 5 aloes had aloin.By comparing of aloin content in their whole dry leaf powder,it was found that aloin content among them was remarkably different.The downgading sort of aloin content was : Aloe Vera L, Aloe arborescens Mill, Aloe ferox Mill, Aloe vera Linn var chinensis (haw ) Berg, Aloe saponria (Ait.) Haw..When counting aloin content among their fresh leaves,it was proved that aloin content was highest in Aloe vera L.,less in Aloe arborescens Mill.and Aloe ferox Mill., the least in Aloe vera Linn var.chinensis (haw.) Berg.and Aloe saponria (Ait.)Haw. |
