高山红景天苷的初步纯化

摘    要:通过正交实验和对比实验,找出较优的红景天苷初步纯化的方法。以纯化后样品的红景天苷得率为考察指标,采用乙酸铅沉淀法正交实验和乙醇沉淀法正交实验,确定较优化的工艺参数。1.乙酸铅沉淀法的最佳方案即乙酸铅浓度为5%,沉淀时间为50min,温度为4℃,红景天苷含量为7.58%;2.乙醇沉淀法的最佳方案即乙醇浓度为70%,沉淀时间为24h,温度为4℃,红景天苷含量为20.69%。结论醇沉法和乙酸铅沉淀法均能提高红景天苷的纯度,醇沉法优于乙酸铅沉淀法。

Abstract:With orthogonal experiment and comparing experiment, to find out the better method of purifying salidroside.Based on the rate of salidroside after purification, to find the better technology parameter by the acetic acid lead precipitation orthogonal test and the ethyl precipitation orthogonal test. 1. the best project of the acetic acid lead precipitation is that the density of acetic acid lead for 5%, precipitate time as 50minutes, temperature as 4℃Salidroside content can attain 7.58%; 2.the best project of the ethyl precipitation is that the density of the ethyl for 70%, precipitate time as 24hours, temperature as 4℃, salidroside content can attain 20.69%. Both the ethyl precipitation method and the lead acetate precipitation can raise the purity of salidroside, the ethyl precipitation method is better than the lead acetate precipitation.
