| 摘 要： | 本文首先简单介绍了城市中心商务区（ＣＢＤ）的定义及其基本特征，然后从系统协调和长远的角度出发，分析研究了现代城市交通建设对ＣＢＤ历史地位和作用的巨大影响，并以此指出城市交通建设需要超前意识和明确的交通政策。
