| Abstract: | The scientific development conception is to treat and resolve the problem of the development by using the scientific worldview and methodology. This paper briefly expounds the developing trend of the library and the concept of the green library, and discusses on how to establish the scientific development conception of the library and how the librarians to fit in with the development. |
