| 摘 要： | 我国大气污染严重,污染废气排放总量处于较高水平。为控制和整治大气污染,“九五”以来,我国在污染排放控制技术等方面开展了大量研究开发工作,取得了许多新的成果,大气污染的防治也取得重要进展。
