| Abstract: | From three aspects of the enterprise, bank and society, this paper analyzes on the main causes of the financing difficulties of the minor enterprises, and puts forward some solving countermeasures such as improving the quality of the enterprise itself, strengthening the bank's credit management system, perfecting the credit guaranteeing mechanism, providing the financial leasing service, and guiding the commercial banks and credit unions serve the minor enterprises, etc. |
