| 摘 要： | 依据国家危险化学品相关法律法规,结合某地区危险化学品企业隐患排查要求,对区域内危险化学品生产企业进行隐患排查诊断,结果表明:作业场所、甲乙类仓库、防静电措施、气瓶及防爆区域管理等方面存在隐患,需要整改。为推进隐患排查和整改,建议对于危险化学品的隐患排查,应从提升管理人员的重视度、加大安全生产投入、加强各级执法力度和推进企业安全生产主体责任的落实等方面,共同提高隐患排查能力和推进隐患整改工作。

| Abstract: | According to the national laws and regulations about hazardous chemicals, combined with the hidden dangers investigation requirements of hazardous chemicals enterprises in a certain district, the dangerous chemicals production enterprises in a certain area were investigated and diagnosed. The results showed that the hidden dangers in the workplace, Class A and B warehouses, anti-static measures, gas cylinder management and explosion-proof area management urgently needed to be rectified. In combination with the hidden dangers investigation process and rectification, it was recommended that the hazard investigation of hazardous chemicals should be upgraded from the attention of management personnel; increase investment in safety production, strengthen law enforcement at all levels; promote the implementation of the main responsibility of enterprise safety production to jointly promote the investigation of hidden dangers ability and hidden dangers of rectification work. |
