空中交通网络流系统拥堵程度评估

摘    要:为解决日益严重的空中交通拥挤和拥堵问题,提出从空中交通流的角度出发,区分界定空中交通拥挤和拥堵,并建立拥堵程度评估模型来评估空中交通网络的拥堵程度。空中交通拥堵发生时可将系统划分为非延误部分和延误部分,建立拥挤程度评估模型评估空中交通网络的拥挤程度,建立延误程度评估模型评估空中交通网络延误程度,对两个部分分别赋予不同权重建立空中交通网络拥堵程度模型。最后采用某大型机场发生的某次空中交通拥堵作为算例数据,结果证明了模型是可行的。

Abstract:In order to solve the increasingly serious problem of air traffic crowding and congestion, this paper distinguishes air traffic crowding and congestion from the perspective of air traffic flow, and establishes a congestion assessment model to assess the congestion extent of air traffic network. When air traffic congestion occurs, the system can be divided into non-delayed parts and delayed parts. The crowding assessment model is established to assess the crowding extent of the air traffic network. The delay assessment model is established to assess the delay extent of the air traffic network, and the two parts are given different weights to establish an air traffic network congestion assessment model. Finally, the data of an air traffic congestion occurred at a large airport was used as a case study data to prove the feasibility of the model.
