摘    要:水陆两栖飞机结构强度试验中需要合理地模拟机身船体结构所受的水载荷。围绕水载荷特点和加载要求,建立了曲面加载垫力学模型,着重分析了曲面加载接触面载荷分布情况,结果显示:当加载面曲率较大或者加载过程中结构变形较大时需要选用弹性变形适应能力较强的材料制作加载垫,且需要对加载垫进行曲面修形处理。根据分析结果设计了弹性体夹层式水载荷加载方法,并通过有限元分析和试验的方法验证了力学模型和加载方法的可行性。

Simulation Method of Water Load in Structural Strength Test of Amphibious Aircraft

Abstract:Abstract] It is necessary to simulate the water load on the fuselage-hull reasonably in the structural strength test of amphibious aircraft. Aiming at the characteristics of water load and the requirements of loading, this paper focuses on the analysis of load distribution on the contact surface under the surface loading condition by establishing a mechanical model of surface loading pad, showing that, when deformation or the curvature of the structural surface is large during the loading process, it is necessary to select a material with strong elastic deformation adaptability to make the loading pad, and the surface of the loading pad needs to be molded. According to the analysis results, the loading method system with elastomeric interlayer are designed, and the feasibility of the method and system is verified by loading simulation examples and experiments.
