摘    要:以新苔井山隧道右线明挖段近接小区高层建筑(构)为背景,通过FLAC3D模拟明挖隧道近接高层建筑的施工过程,主要对围护结构、地表沉降、建筑沉降、基坑底部隆起等进行系统分析,并将结果与现场监测数据进行对比。结果表明:(1)围护结构的变形属于复合型变形,最大水平位移为23.32 mm;(2)地表沉降为动态变化过程,无建筑侧沉降变形形式符合正态函数;(3)建筑距离基坑距离越小,沉降值越大,反之越小,最大沉降值为5.39 mm;(4)底板的施作对于基坑隆起有很好的抑制作用,整体变形表现为M形,周边土体的整体变形趋势都是向应力缺失的方向。

Abstract:Taking the open cut section of the right line of the new Taijingshan tunnel near the high rise residential building as the background,the construction process of open cut tunnel near high-rise building is simulated by FLAC3D.Mainly on the retaining structure, ground settlement, building settlement, foundation pit bottom uplift and other systems are analyzed, and the results are compared with the field monitoring data.The result shows that:(1)The deformation of the retaining structure is a composite deformation, and the maximum horizontal displacement is 23.32mm.(2) ground settlement is a dynamic process, and no building side settlement deformation is in line with normal function.(3) The smaller the distance between the building and the foundation pit, the larger the settlement value, and vice versa, the smaller the maximum settlement value is - 5.39 mm.(4) The construction of the floor has a good inhibition effect on the uplift of the foundation pit. The overall deformation is M-shaped. The overall deformation trend of the surrounding soil is in the direction of stress loss.
