摘    要:为研究泡沫沥青及其温拌混合料高温性能,采用动态剪切试验(DSR)分析沥青样品发泡前后在原样及短期老化(RTFOT)条件下的高温性能及沥青在经历发泡过程后的性能变化;通过动稳定度和动态模量试验评价泡沫沥青温拌混合料及热拌沥青混合料的高温性能,基于动态模量试验数据拟合得到沥青混合料动态模量主曲线及位移因子,并与热拌沥青混合料的高温性能进行对比。结果表明:采用动态剪切试验(DSR)得到沥青抗车辙因子结果与其混合料高温性能有良好的相关性;基于动态模量主曲线方法可以更全面的评价沥青混合料的高温性能。

Research on road performance of the asphalt-foam and foaming asphalt warm mixture

Abstract:Studying on high-temperature performance of asphalt-foam and foaming asphalt warm mixture, the foaming asphalt and asphalt high-temperature index in un-aged and RTFOT are analyzed by Dynamic Shear Rheometer tests, and the change high-temperature performance of the asphalt having been foamed is investigated. The dynamic stability test and dynamic modulus test are carried on evaluating the warm mixture asphalt-foam and hot mixture asphalt high-temperature performance, and the dynamic modulus master curve and displacement factor of asphalt mixture are determined by using regression analysis basing on the dynamic modulus test result.. The trial results show that high-temperature performance of difference asphalt mixtures is relation to asphalt anti-rutting factor by Dynamic Shear Rheometer tests. The difference of high-temperature performance is dramatically assessed by using the dynamic modulus master curve.
