摘    要:微表处路面高噪声的问题极大地限制了微表处路面技术的推广与发展。以"轮胎驱动式路面功能加速加载试验系统"为基础试验平台,自制搭建了一套用于测定室内微表处振动加速度及噪声的小型装置。通过该试验平台探究了级配、外加剂对微表处路面噪声的影响。结果表明:调整集料级配,添加5 mm 0. 2%玻璃纤维或80目1. 5%橡胶颗粒均能起到降噪效果;但调整集料级配对微表处路面噪声治理更具显著成效。

Abstract:The problem of micro surfacing high noise greatly limits the popularization and development of micro surfacing pavement technology. In this paper, a set of small device for measuring the vibration acceleration and noise vibration harshness value of the indoor micro surface is built by using the "tire driven pavement function accelerated loading test system" as the foundation test platform. The influence of gradation and admixture on pavement surface noise is explored through the test platform.The results show that the noise reduction effect can be achieved by adjusting the aggregate gradation, adding 5mm0.2% glass fiber or 80 mesh 1.5% rubber particles, but the adjustment of aggregate level is more effective in the treatment of pavement noise at the micro surface.
