腈纶废丝水解再交联制备高吸水性树脂研究

摘    要:本文首先将腈纶废丝在NaOH作用下水解,然后充分洗水反应的碱,再加入AlCl3交联,制备了吸水率高达800g/g的高吸水性树脂,通过吸水率的测定,研究了吸水树脂吸水性和与AlCl3用量,水解物酸碱度的关系,并测试了吸水树脂的吸水速率及在不同水溶液中的吸水率。

Abstract:In the paper,by the crosslinking reaction between AlCl3 and hydrolysate of polyaerylonitile,the high water absorbent resins of 800g/g times were prepared.It can been seen that washing method and the temperature of heating has important effect on absorbed water ability.
