| 摘 要： | 老年人在退休后由社会走向家庭,大部分物质需求已经得到了满足,但角色的转变容易使他们出现心理失衡,其心态常被失落、孤独、焦虑等情绪所笼罩.而社区作为老年人退休后的主要活动场所,为老年人提供的各种服务和支持远远没有达到他们的需求,特别是老年人的精神文化需求,面临被忽视的境地,笔者通过对社区老年文化建设中存在的问题的深入分析,希望提出对社区老年文化建设有益的意见.

| Abstract: | The elderly go from the society to the family after retirement and most of mterial need has been met.However the role change makes them suffer from psychological inbalance,being abandoned,being lonely,and worries.As main activity area the community fails to provide them with enough and satisfied services.Particularly the elderly people's spiritual & culural needs are ignored.The writer hopes to give some suggestions on the community culural construction for the elderly through analyzing the problems. |
