摘    要:金工实习是一种综合性的教学实习,应该以实践为主,理论与实践相结合.相互侧重,相互配合,已越来越受到工科院校的高度重视.针对金工实习这一教学特点,为加强金工实习教学管理,深化教学改革,在金工实习教学过程中,应主要把握其几个关键教学环节,采取相应措施控制各环节对教学质量的影响,从而提高教学质量.

Abstract:Metalworking practice is a kind of comprehensive practice for teaching. Practice must be primary in the course, and theory must combine with practice. They should be emphasized and cooperated with each other. It is increasingly being paid important attention by institutes of technology. According to the characteristics of metalworking practice, some of main steps must be controlled and some of measures must correspondingly be taken in the course of teaching. In this way the management of metalworking practice can be strengthened and its teaching quality can be improved.
