MWM395柴油机机体模态分析

摘    要:柴油机机体是发动机基础结构之一 ,其模态特性对发动机辐射噪声影响显著。本文应用有限元法在I-DEAS软件平台上对MWM395柴油机机体进行了模态分析。首先建立了机体的有限元模型 ,运用Lancozas法对该模型求解并分析了模态计算结果。然后在机体结构不做大的改动的情况下 ,建立了各种不同的机体模型并求解。通过对各方案所求结果的比较 ,提出一种提高深龙门型机体刚度的方法 ,同时为机体的动态响应分析提供了可靠的动力学模型。

Abstract:Block is the base structure of the diesel engine.It can notably influence the radiation of the engine.In this paper, the mode character of MWM395 engine block is analyzed with the finite element analysis on the platform of I DEAS.At first,A 3 D model of engine block was established,then the model results were abtained by Lancozas algorithm.In the case of less change of engine block's structure,different kinds of block model are estallished and their calculations are solved.Through the compare of different kinds of cases,a way for improving rigidity of MWM395 engine block and a credible dynamic model for the dynamic analysis of MWM395 engine block at the same time are provided.
