| 摘 要： | 在我国大力推进代建制的背景下,探析施工企业作为代建主体单位的新型代建制度。提出代建型施工企业的概念,分析了施工企业参与代建的资质要求、优势和劣势、工作要点等基本要素,并探讨了通用和事业部式两种代建型施工企业的组织结构模式,为施工企业参与代建项目提供理论依据和实践指导,以转变其经营单一、效益低下的状况,实现其业务范围前伸后展的战略转变。

| Abstract: | Construction on consignment is being construction enterprises representing the proprietor on agent-construction enterprise is defined in this paper promoted in China and study of the practice of consignment is therefore worthwhile. Concept of the in terms of its qualification and advantages and disadvantages it stands for. Also, overall and division-wide agent-construction enterprises are compared so that prospective agent constructors get theoretical and practical help in reality. This practice is expected to facilitate the strategic expansion of business scope on construction business. |
