盾构机刀盘与土体相互作用模拟分析

摘    要:土压平衡盾构机的安全掘进施工主要依赖于盾构机刀盘与土体的相互作用,使得地表的变形得到有效控制。基于Rankine的土压力理论,研究了盾构机刀盘合理土压力的设置问题,模拟了盾构机刀盘与土体的相互作用。研究表明,仅从保证地表既不隆起又不沉陷的约束条件考虑,掘进工作面从主动土压力到被动土压力存在较大的范围。考虑到减少刀具磨损和节约能源问题,推荐理想的掘进工作面土压力为静止侧向土压力。

Abstract:Successful EPB tunneling strongly depends on the interaction between soils and the tunneling shield,which makes ground surface deformation effectively control.Based on Rankine's earth pressure theory,the optimal range of earth pressure acting on tunneling face is investigated.The interaction between cutterhead of shield machine and soils was simulated.The investigation shows that there exists a wider range from active pressure to passive pressure for supporting face stability.The realistic face pressure is ...
