轴承是机械行业中的重要零件,中国轴承行业的发展速度较快,但与世界轴承工业强国相比,中国还存在较大差距,其主要表现为高精度、高技术含量和高附加值产品比例偏低、产品稳定性差、可靠性低、寿命短。反映在市场上,就是对高品质轴承的需求要靠进口来满足。以某品牌的SRB轴承产品为例,介绍SRB轴承的加工工艺。

A Study on the Processing of SRB Bearings

Bearings are important parts in the machinery industry.In China,the bearing industry develops fast,while compared with the bearing industrial powers in the world,there still exists greater disparity,which is mainly manifested by the following factors：the proportion of products with high precision,high technology content and high added value is lower,the stability of the products is poor,the reliability is lower and the life is shorter.Reflected in the market,we rely on imports to satisfy the needs for high quality bearings.In this paper,a certain brand of SRB bearing products taken as an example,the processing of SRB bearings is introduced.
