金雀异黄酮和刺芒柄花素的合成及表征

摘    要:以多羟基酚与对位取代的苯乙酸为原料,探究在BF3.Et2O作溶剂和催化剂中,天然活性物质金雀异黄酮和刺芒柄花素的合成方法及较优合成条件,结果表明金雀异黄酮不宜采用一锅法制备,刺芒柄花素在BF3.Et2O-DMF-PC l5体系用一锅法能取得较好的收率。

Abstract:The synthesis method and optimization of reaction conditions of genistein and formononetin were studied, using polyhydroxy phenol and p-substitutod phenylaeetic acid as material, BF3 · Et2O as solvent and catalyst. The result indicated that genistein is not suitable to produce by one-pot, while formononetin can be prepared in good yield in the system of BF3 · Et2O-DMF-PCl5 by one pot.
