摘    要:化纤生产的刀具既是关键零件又是易耗件。随着被加工材料的升级,对制作刀具材料提出更高的性能要求。为适应全球绿色环保的发展趋势,节约W、Mo等贵重合金元素,通过对低合金HT1刀具材料的研究,强化刀具材料冲击韧性,利用物理气相沉积方法强化材料表面硬度与耐磨性能,拓展低合金钢材料的应用范围。

Abstract:The cutting tool for the chemical fiber is the key tool that is part and consumable parts. With the escalation of material to be required, the properties of tool material or cutting the fiber are higher and higher. So as to saving the elements W, Mo of alloy steel, the strengthen the impact toughness of the low alloy tool material HTIL was studied, and the technique of physical vapor deposition method enhanced surface hardness and wear resistance was applied, the HT1 low-alloy steel materials to expand the application in order to meet the development trend of global environmental protection. It was put forward that the application of PVD technology on low alloy steel cutting tools.
