任意截面形状的转轮强度计算方法的研究

摘    要:探讨了应用有限差分法求解转轮应力的计算方法。运用木方法对等厚度转轮和带叶片的压缩机转盘进行了计算,并分别与精确值和二次计算法计算结果进行了比较;其结果表明等厚度转轮应力分布的计算值与精确值完全吻合,对具有叶片的实际轮盘,从模型的建立和简化的方法来看,本方法的计算结果更接近于实际的应力分布。

Abstract:A finite difference method for calculation of stress in the rotor dish is discussedThis method has been used to calctilate the stress in rotor disk with equal-thickness and thatin compressor disk with blades.The calculation results are compared to those obtained byexact solution and two times caiculation method.It is found from the comparison that thestress distribution in the rotor disk with equal-thickness are exactly the same for both the ex-act solution and the solution obtained by presented method.concerning the compressor diskwith blades,the stress distribution obtained by presented method is closer to the real one ac-cording to the setting up and the simplification of the model.
