摘    要:本文研究了用高锰酸钾与硫酸锰生成水合二氧化锰的方法,从铜电解液中共沉淀有害于电积铜杂质元素:砷锑铋的工艺过程,对主要工艺参数进行优化研究,从而得出该工艺过程的最佳工艺条件。

Abstract:A method for simultaneous removal of the majon impurities i. e. As,Sb,Bi from the spent copper electrolyte based upon coprecipitation methods was researched. The used co-precipitant is hydrated manganese dioxide formed by potassium permanganate with manganous sulfate. The technical process was studied and its optimum technical conditions were found. Under these conditions, the purification rate of As,Sb,Bi is separately 93-27% ,97. 91% and 97. 82%. The result of purification can satisfy the demand of industrial production.
