| Abstract: | The development of universities in underdeveloped areas has its own characteristics. To respond to the intense school -running competition, and to survive the competition, people should handle appropriately the relations between the long- term aims and floating aims, between developing the key subjects and improving the quality completely, between introducing talented persons and making full use of available talents, and between social operation and university's leading role. |
