摘    要:该文以医药卫生领域公益色彩较浓的A药品检验所的绩效考核体系为研究对象,以人力资源管理、公共管理、绩效考核等相关理论和方法为工具,分析其中的问题,并给出改进建议,以期为我国事业单位绩效考核体系的整体研究做出有益的探索。

Abstract:performance appraisal system of the non--profit A Institute for drugs control is the object of this study. This article uses human resources management,public management, performance evaluation and other related theories and methods as the tool to do deep analysis on the object's problem and it also provides some recommendations,in order to make a useful exploration of the research on performance appraisal system of public institution in China.
