performance appraisal system of the non--profit A Institute for drugs control is the object of this study. This article uses human resources management,public management, performance evaluation and other related theories and methods as the tool to do deep analysis on the object＇s problem and it also provides some recommendations,in order to make a useful exploration of the research on performance appraisal system of public institution in China.
