| 摘 要： | 本文在收集并处理某轴承厂近十年来滚动轴承寿命试验数据基础上,拟合了 Weibull 寿命分布参数的先验分布.推出 Baycs 可靠性验证试验(简称 BRDT),并将其应用于滚动轴承寿命考核。由于该方法充分利用先验信息和当前试验信息,所以较现行考核方法大大缩短试验时间,降低试验费用.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the authors collect and deal with the fatigie life test data of rolling bearings of certain plant for the last more than ten years.The prior distributins on parameters of the Weibull distribution are fitted.A Bayesian Reliability Demonstration Test(BRDT)is developed and put into effect for the fatigue life assessment of the rolling bearing.Making full use of the prior knowledge and present test information,BRDT needs much shorter testing time and less testing cost than existing classical method. |
