基于IEEE802.16OFDM系统时间同步算法

摘    要:目的提出一种基于IEEE802.16标准的OFDM系统时间同步算法。方法帧检测算法,接收数据进行分组后搜索相关最大值,当满足特定条件时判断新帧出现;时间精同步算法,循环移位后的长训练序列作为新序列,与移位后接收信号序列相关获得精确的符号起始位置。结果该算法克服了前后符号相关算法精度低,与本地序列相关算法受频偏影响大的缺点。结论在低信噪比和大载波频率偏差的情况下,其算法仍可实现高精度的符号时间同步。

Abstract:Aim To propose a novel timing synchronization scheme compatible to IEEE802.16 specification.The method includes two stages.One is frame detection using short preamble and second is fine timing synchronization using long preamble.Methods At frame detection stage,receiving data buffers are divided into several groups.It means a new frame coming only when auto-correlation peaks of each group meet special limitations.Then,cross-correlation is computed between cycle-shifting long preamble and data to find exact beginning of signals.Results Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed timing scheme has good performance at low SNR with large frequency offset.Conclusion This method is more accurate than traditional auto-correlation at low SNR(signal-to-noise ratios),and more robust than cross-correlation with original long preamble.
