摘    要:为利用现有资源开发新型制造装备、扩大企业制造能力 ,提高制造企业效益 ,针对机电产品制造业存在大量压力配合插入装配作业 ,研究开发了一种新型机器人化加工中心。同时阐述了压力配合插入装配作业的要求 ,讨论了加工中心和机器人功能和结构的同异 ,介绍了在机器人化加工中心上实现压力配合插入作业的特点及样机构造。经实验证明 ,已开发的样机可以有效地完成压力配合插入和螺钉装配作业 ,扩展了现有加工中心的应用范围

Abstract:A new type robotized machining center was developed to use current resources to develop new manufacturing equipment to extend equipment productivity, the study specifically considers the large number of force fit insertion assembly operations which exist in manufacturing industries for producing mechanical and electrical products. The requirements for force fit insertion assembly operations are analyzed and the similarities and differences between machining centers and robots are discussed. Operational characteristics are presented for implementing force fit insertion on robotized machining centers and prototype parts. The prototype can efficiently implement force fit insertion and bolt assembly operations and can expand the ability of the machining center.
