云南天然饮料物中的微量元素分析

摘    要:用原子吸收光谱法测定了云南的茶叶、三七叶、茎及咖啡豆中的微量元素Zn,Cu,Co,Mn,Fe,Ca,Mg,K的含量;分光光度法测定Mo的含量,根据实验结果讨论与人体健康的关系.

Abstract:From tea,leaf and stem of the pseudo-ginseng,coffee beaus of Yunnan,Zinc,Copper,Cobalt,Mangonese,Iron,Calcium,Magesium,Potassium Contents were analyzed by atom-absorption spectrometer,with Molybdenum content by spectrophotometry.An relationship to a human-body health has been discussed according to experimental results.
