| 摘 要： | 本文对昆明大板桥煤气厂污水处理站各处理环节的污水及镇沅金矿３个污水样点中的细菌数量，类群进行研究、比较，筛选高效降氰菌株，并对这两种不同的氰污染环境中的细菌进行质粒检测．

| Abstract: | Study was made on bacteria in two cyanide-containing Wastewater, which are from Kunming gasification factory and Zhenyuan gold mine. Efficient cyanide-degrading bacteria were obtained. In additien, the bacteria were investigated to know whether they have plasmid. |
