| Abstract: | in different temperatures,the diffuse behaviour of carbon atoms in steel sample has been discussed.The effects of grain boundary,dislocation and point defects on the diffuse process of carbon atoms has been discussed and the possible physical mechanism of separation of carbide in deep cryogenic treatment has been put forward. |
