低温处理对水稻叶片和花药中氨基酸的影响

摘    要:本文研究了低温处理后不同抗冷性水稻品种在减数分裂期内叶片和花药中氨基酸种类及含量的变化与抗冷性强弱之间的关系,发现水稻经低温处理和回温处理后,各种氨基酸含量均发生不同程度的改变,且抗冷性不同的水稻中氨基酸含量变化趋势各异.

Abstract:We have studied the relation between the strength of chilling resistance and the changes of the contents of amino acids in the rice varieties with different chilling resistances at meiophase, after low temperature treatment. We have discovered that after cold treatment and recovering temperature treatment, the contents of amino acids in leaves and anther change in varying degrees and the change tendencies of the contents in the rice varieties with different chilling resistances are various.
