摘    要:采用突变数学中的Cusp模型描述了铝电解中阳极效应和生产过程,给出了电解过程的行为曲面和分叉集,在模型的基础上讨论了阳极效应发生和熄回的滞后及阳极反应的势阱。认为,阳极效应也是一种平衡态,它的发生和熄回有着严重的滞后。

Abstract:The Cusp Model, as a catagory of catastrophe theory in mathematics, is introduced into the analysis of anode effect in aluminium electrolysis and its industrial process. The equalibrium surface and bifurcation set of Cusp Model are given. Hysteresises of both initiation and quenching of anode effect and the potential well of anodic reactions were also discussed, based on this model. It is deemed that anode effect is really a state of equilibrium with serious hysteresises of its initiation and quenching.
