| 摘 要： | 介绍了适合于制备PU的物料,包括了多异氰酸酯和催化剂等.介绍了制备水性聚氨酯的方法,如外乳化法和包括保护端基法、丙酮法、熔融分散法、酮亚胺-酮连氮法与预聚物法等在内的内乳化法.指出了只有通过交联和复配的方法,才能得到高性能的PU乳液.

| Abstract: | Raw materials for preparing waterborne polyurethane are introduced,which are mainly classified as polyisocyanates,catalysts,etc.Two methods of preparing polyurethane,exterior emulsion process and internal emulsion process including protecting end group,adding acetone,fusion dispersion and adding ketoimine and ketoneazine,are reviewed.It is pointed out that,only through cross bonding and hybrid,can excellent property PU emulsion be gained. |
