| Abstract: | This paper explains the theory about the dynamic balance of the total cultivated land.It analyses the present situation of the cultivated resources and the problem on the utilization.The quantity and the quality of Hebei's cultivated land resources are reducing.And it is not balance among different areas.So it is necessary to realize the balance of the total cultivated land.We must protect the cultivated land,treasure and use it rationally.So that it is possible to realize the sustainable utilization of the cultivated land and adjust the contradictory between the population and the cultivated land.We should coordinate the relation among the economic,the development of the society,population and resources.And we should go the way of sustainable development. |
