| 摘 要： | 本文研究了三元准周期超晶格的电子共振隧穿性质。结果表明：准周期超晶格结构的自相似性导致了电子透射率谱的自相似性；随着代数的增加，高透射率的区域越来越集中于某一小的能量范围；电子透射率较大的能量对应着电子的扩展态，电子透射率较小的能量对应着电子的局域态，电子透射率介于两者之间时，对应着电子的临界态。

| Abstract: | The resonant tunneling of three-tile quasiperiodic superlattices has been in-vestigated in this paper.It is shown that the self-similarity in the quasiperiodic superlat-tice structures results in the self-similarity of the electronic transmission spectroscopy.When the number of generation is increased,the transmission peaks are concentratedwithin a small energy range.The energy with a higher transmissivity corresponds an ex-tended state;the energy with a lower transmissivity,to a located state;whereas the onewith transmissivity in between,to a critical state. |
