Abstract:This paper focuses on the trend of re formation in curriculum administration and the renewing of the conception of curriculum, and conceives the teachers-centered continuation education, which emphasizes on the theory andtechniques of curriculum design. There are three parts: (1) the requirement to teachers' continuation education from re-formation of curriculum administration; (2)shifting the focal point of teachers' continuation education; (3)the teachers centered continuation education.
