| 摘 要： | 大连经济技术开发区经过18年的发展建设取得了很大的成就，步入了新的发展阶段，但同时也存在一定的问题急需解决。本文结合大连经济技术开发区发展和建设的现状与新的形势下面临的问题，提出了大连经济技术开发区进一步发展的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The developing district of economy and technology in Dalian makes great progress after developped and built for eighteen years, and now it has entered a new stage of development. But there are some problems to solve. The article is based on the current situation and problems of dalian developing district of economy and technology and puts forward the counterstrategy and suggestion for further development of Dalian developing district of economy and technology. |
