| 摘 要： | 集团化是通往企业帝国路上的一个咽喉要道，集团管控模式的构建已成为集团公司的巨大挑战。文章分析了战略管控模式的实质和适合对象，指出了这种模式构建需解决的公司战略、治理结构、组织结构、产业结构四大问题，提出了构建该种模式的具体步骤和流程。
