基于知识的注塑模顶出设计

摘    要:针对顶出设计中顶杆类型选择和顶出位置的确定,提出了塑件形状特征模型.在此基础上,运用产生式规则推理获得适合该塑件的最优类型顶杆,运用基于实例的推理确定顶出位置和所需顶杆数量;对实例的框架表示法和基于模糊相似度的实例相似性度量等进行了研究,并给出了相应的算例.规则推理和实例推理是使用已有经验来解决新问题的两种不同的方法,将这两种技术用于顶出设计,以克服设计者经验不足的问题.

Abstract:Based on the geometric feature of plastic product, aiming at two primary parts of ejection design that are ejector type selection and ejector location, this paper used rule-based reasoning to obtain fitted ejector as well as case-based reasoning to decide ejector location and ejector quantity. And this paper also discussed the critical method of cases frame representation and cases similar metric based on fuzzy similarity ratio. An example was provided at the end of the paper. Rule-based reasoning and case-based reasoning are two different technologies which use experience to resolve new problems and this paper brings them to the ejection design to overcome disadvantage of designers lacking experience.
